How to create a WhatsApp storefront in Malaysia
Create an OnlineLah shop page that sends enquiries to WhatsApp—not a catalogue inside the WhatsApp app.
- Open OnlineLah’s builder and choose Local shop, Studio or Pop-up.
- Under Your business, enter your business name, short introduction, category, Malaysia · RM, your area and WhatsApp number with country code.
- Under Your bestsellers, add up to five products or services with optional photos and prices. Leave prices blank for Ask for price.
- Check Preview store. Under Go live, choose your shop-link ending, confirm your number may appear publicly, and sign in when ready to publish.
- Share your link and QR code. Customers review the prepared WhatsApp enquiry and tap Send themselves. Agree availability, delivery and payment directly.
