How to sell kuih online through WhatsApp
Give customers one page to browse your kuih before messaging you.
- Open OnlineLah’s builder and choose Local shop, Studio or Pop-up.
- Under Your business, enter your business name, short introduction, Home bakery, Malaysia · RM, your area and WhatsApp number with country code.
- Under Your bestsellers, add up to five kuih listings. Photos are optional. Enter prices, or leave them blank for Ask for price.
- Check Preview store. Under Go live, choose your shop-link ending, confirm your number may appear publicly, and sign in when ready to publish.
- Share your link and QR code. Customers review the prepared WhatsApp enquiry and tap Send themselves. Confirm quantities, availability, pickup/delivery and payment in chat.
