OnlineLah keeps the storefront simple. Orders, payments and delivery are agreed directly between you and your customer.
Is OnlineLah free?
The current beta is free to use. There is no marketplace commission or checkout fee. We’ll be clear if that changes.
Do I need a website or domain?
No. Your published page gets its own OnlineLah link and QR code. Custom domains are not included.
Can customers pay on the page?
There is no in-site checkout or payment processing. Customers contact you on WhatsApp and you agree payment and delivery directly.
Can I choose the name in my link?
Yes. Choose a unique shop name for your OnlineLah link when you publish. Custom domains are not currently supported.
Will a WhatsApp message be sent automatically?
No. The page prepares an enquiry in WhatsApp. The customer reviews it and taps Send themselves.
